Aussie Crafting Corner uses Australia Post for deliveries, using the following flat rates for all Australian domestic orders under $300.00 value.
– Up to 500 grams = $10.00
– Over 500 grams up to 1kg = $15.65
– Over 1kg up to 3kg = $19.75
Orders weighing more than 3kg and less than $300.00 in value and all other destinations will be based on weight and size. Additional insurance is highly recommended, as Aussie Crafting Corner cannot be held responsible for missing or uninsured parcels.

Returns
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order. If you are not happy with your purchase I will refund the cost upon the return of your purchase. Please dispatch items back to me within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs or you can physically return the purchase to Southern Fibre Artist Gallery. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
